On May 3, 2010, The Herkimer Diamond Mines and KOA campground became the world’s first campground with a 100% off-the-power-grid, solar powered camping lodge. There is no “roughing it” when you stay in this amazing lodge, just take a look at the kitchen!
In addition to the Mines, you can visit Upstate New York’s largest jewelry store.
